To make a purchase via the Website, the Customer must accept the terms and conditions. By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees to comply with them in their entirety and acknowledges that they have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies according to Babyshop's Privacy Policy. To place an order, you as a consumer must be of legal age, 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent.
A purchase agreement is only established when Babyshop has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received a delivery confirmation from Babyshop via email. Babyshop encourages the Customer to save this order confirmation for any contact with Babyshop's customer service. The Customer can withdraw their order until it has been confirmed by Babyshop. If the order is withdrawn, Babyshop will refund any payments made by the Customer or their payment or credit card company concerning the order.
When purchasing goods on the Website, there is always a 14-day right of withdrawal according to applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Babyshop within 14 days from the day the Customer or the Customer's representative received the ordered item (withdrawal period).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items with broken seals or missing price tags/brand tags. For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads, and hair accessories cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for returns of nursing bras if they have been tried on with nursing pads and swimwear if they have been tested over underwear. For safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats.
By accepting the Terms, the Customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered in a way other than on a physical medium.
In connection with ordering a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer will receive clear information about this. If a product is sealed, the Customer must not break the seal if they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends when the Customer breaks the seal. Sealing also refers to technical seals (e.g., serial numbers).
If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, they must send a clear and explicit message to Babyshop before the withdrawal period expires. The Customer should provide their name, address, and other relevant information such as order number, invoice number, and the name of the item in the message. If the Customer does not wish to use the above options for the message, they may use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal developed by the Swedish Consumer Agency. You can find the form by clicking here.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays for the return shipping and is responsible for the condition of the item after the Customer has received it and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification of the right of withdrawal was sent to Babyshop. The item should be sent back well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box. Returns should be made to Babyshop according to the methods and instructions provided on the Website.
When the Customer cancels their purchase, Babyshop will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Babyshop. The delivery cost will not be refunded for partial order returns.
Babyshop will promptly refund the amount, but no later than 14-21 days from the date Babyshop received the Customer's notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. However, Babyshop may wait with the refund until Babyshop has received the item back or the Customer has provided proof that the item has been returned, such as a receipt. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment option the Customer chose unless otherwise agreed or if there is an obstacle to such a refund.
All returned items must be in original condition and packed in their undamaged original packaging (e.g., shoebox, plastic bag, or product packaging) with the tags still attached to the item.
Please note that you are not allowed to stick or tape the return label on the shoe/product box, instead, the package must be wrapped. If the box is damaged or if the tags are missing, and if you have written on the shoe/product box during the return, you will be liable for compensation (see table below) in addition to the return fee.
Any accessories and manuals must also be included. Please feel free to use the outer original packaging in which your order arrived when making your return.
Items that have been washed, used, or are damaged, e.g., stained, will not be accepted according to our return policy. For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads, and hair accessories cannot be returned. (Exceptions are made for returns of nursing bras (if tried with nursing pads) and swimwear (if tried over underwear)).
For safety reasons, the return policy does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats. You have the right to open the packaging and check, e.g., the color of the product. If you are unsure whether the return policy applies, please contact our customer service.
If you have received an incorrect item or would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer service.

Some of Babyshop's products may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty period and specific warranty terms for each product can be found on the Website or in these Terms. The warranty for products only covers original manufacturing defects and not defects that occur during or after the customer's modification of the product's function or appearance, such as remodeling, upgrading, or other configuration of the product. The Customer's order confirmation serves as the warranty certificate.
The right to complain covers goods that are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. A Customer who wishes to claim a defect in a product must contact Babyshop as soon as possible after the defect is discovered, using the contact information provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely. The Customer has a 3-year right to complain about products purchased on the Website.
When a returned product has been received and the complaint is approved, Babyshop will compensate the Customer according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Babyshop strives to do this within 30 days from the date Babyshop received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Babyshop reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, Babyshop follows the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). More information can be found at www.konsumentverket.se.
Babyshop reserves the right to sell out and for any image and text errors on the website. For example, errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices, and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Babyshop has the right to correct such errors and change or update the information at any time. All image information on the website should be seen solely as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee the exact appearance, function, or origin of the product. Babyshop is not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.

Babyshop is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Babyshop's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity/tele/data connections, or other communication, and faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances mentioned here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption, which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. If such a situation arises, Babyshop will inform the Customer both at the beginning and at the end of the time of the situation. If the situation has lasted longer than two months, both the Customer and Babyshop have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Babyshop reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be published on the Website. The changes apply from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or visit to the Website) or 30 days after Babyshop has informed the Customer of the changes. However, Babyshop recommends that the Customer regularly stays updated on the Website to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
8.1 Disputes shall primarily be resolved in agreement after discussion with Babyshop's customer service.

If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body.
